Secrets have all been revealed. While both Simon Curtis and Wolfy (aka Ro Danishei) have released amazing solo projects in the past (most recently, Curtis' free WWW mixtape in 2013), the two rising pop masterminds have decided to join forces to form Wrathschild, and debuted their first official single "Fall Into Love" exclusively on Billboard. Not bad guys, not bad at all.
With the talented artists allowing their impressive vocal abilities to play off each other instead of compete for the spotlight, "Fall Into Love" becomes a soaring pop piece which describes a classic love only found in the 80s movies. "Cuz my morning breathe and your walk of shame don't get my heart racing," Curtis beautifully sings before the memorable, catchy chorus, dedicated to those lovesick individuals, comes blasting out, ready for summer loving.
Curtis and Wolfy have proved to be extremely entertaining and innovative as independent artists over the last few years, however, the new single certainly has the mainstream power necessary for the radio takeover they both seem to crave. Together, they have created a pop song unlike anything on the market today. It is sophisticated, it is tailored in hypnotic, crashing production and features vocals worth multiple listens.
"Fall Into Love" is an uplifting effort from an unusual yet exciting boy/girl duo. Simon Curtis and Wolfy have certainly been doing their pop history homework, are looking past the generic mess crowding the airwaves in order to put out something equally refreshing and unique. Bravo. The single officially hits music retailers on March 31.

UPDATE: Wrathschild unleashed the playful, destructive and colorful music video in support of "Fall Into Love" just today (4/11/14) and the visual certainly impresses. Simon Curtis and Wolfy look absolutely stunning in the video as they play in an arcade, plant a rose in the sand and cause all kinds of havoc. Have fun with the talented duo and fall in love like an 80s movie!
