Shannade Clermont Gets Indicted
Bad Girls Club star Shannade Clermont has now been indicted by the grand jury for wire fraud ad identity theft. Last month, she was arrested for allegedly stealing a dead man's debit cad with of 20k and bought clothes, paid her rent, and also bought plane tickets with it
According to court records obtained by The Blast, a Grand Jury in New York was just indicted on three felony charges, including wire fraud, access device fraud and identity theft.
The indictment also states that, if convicted, Clermont must forfeit any property she bought with the stolen funds, and pay back the rest of the money she stole.
Officials also allege that Clermont violated her conditions of release for traveling to an appearance without authorization.
She’s due in court later this month.
