Gucci are set to take Guess to court in three other countries over the copyright issues they have been experiencing! The company just won $4.7 million in damages over the Gucci 'G' which was copied by Guess and a pair of trainers which, to be fair, while both rank in design from both companies - are identical.
The company will now take the lawsuit to France, Italy and China....
....There will be blood.....we imagine.....blood, sweat and nasty trainers.....
