Sahib Sindh Sultan is a North Indian restaurant by BJN Group that has its branches spread throughout the nation. In Gurgaon, it is a part of the Ambience Mall.



Designed like a colonial age luxury train, this restaurant in done in dark monotone shades of black, brown and gold. The sofas are a comfortable seating with rich leather upholstery. Sober coloured curtains, table linens and napkins lend an old-age royal touch to this place.




The menu is all North Indian with the most authentic dishes like atta raan, bhatti da murgh, dum chooza biryani, reshmi murgh tikka, laal maas, paya shorba, murgh ka barrah, kakori kebab, palak paneer, malai, kofta, naan, paan kulfi, pineapple halwa and flambéed gulab jamun.

Now a North Indian food place that you would visit solely for its food and where the ambience takes a back seat. Situated in Old Railway Road, Gurgaon Rajmahal Delux serves you one of the best Punjabi delicacies at a reasonable rate. The interiors are nothing to speak much about. It is a restaurant built during those times when people never bothered much about the surroundings and was extremely happy with the delicious food served. The design hasn’t changed since.

The restaurant menus have both North Indian and Chinese varieties, but blindly order the North Indian dishes. Popular here are Keema naan, Butter chicken, dal makhani, badam-e-murgh, a range of veg. and non-veg. tikkas and kebabs, karahi gosht, Bhuna gosht, shahi paneer, dum aloo, raita, etc. You get all your favourite north Indian and Mughlai varieties here.

Pind Balluchi in DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon has the tag line “the village restaurant”. The restaurant has used certain traits of village in its decor like trees, wooden furniture, black and white chequered floor, jute table mats, paintings on wall as in village hut and lassi served in kulhars.


The village is designed in a rustic ambience and so is the menu –straight from the pind.
